Materials And Spices Required
Main ingredients
500 grams - mackerel
1 fruit - lime or belimbing wuluh
2 tablespoons - juicy tamarind water
2 cm - galangal, digeprek
2 pieces - orange leaves
1/2 tablespoon - salt
1 tablespoon - sugar
1/2 teaspoon - powdered broth
100 ml - water
Oil - enough to fry the fish and saute the spices
Roughly ground spice (soaked in hot water):
8 pieces - large ijo chili
6 pieces - ijo curly peppers
4 pieces - chili pepper ijo
3 pieces - red pepper
7 grains - onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 pieces - tomato ijo
How to Make Spicy Flavored Fish Sambal Ijo
