INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of shallow carrots (cut in half along)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
5 branches of thyme
Dill or parsley for decoration
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
2. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
3. Put the carrots on a baking sheet, pour olive oil, season with salt and mix. Put the branches of thyme on top.
4. Bake carrots for 20 minutes, turn the carrots over, and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove the thyme and serve, decorating the carrots with parsley or dill.
