INGREDIENTS:
Orange - 1 pc.
Avocado - 1 pc.
Fennel - 0.5 pcs.
Green salad to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Sea salt to taste
Pepper black, freshly ground to taste
Cedar nuts or almonds - 40 g.
PREPARATION:
1. Slice the fennel with thin straws, put on a plate, pour lemon juice and sprinkle a little.
2. Cut the avocado in half, cut off the skin and cut into small slices. Pour lemon juice and salt to taste. Cut the orange in half and cut into slices.
3. Put salad leaves on a plate, fennel on them, then avocado and orange. Stir gently, sprinkle with black pepper, almonds or pine nuts. For brightness, you can decorate with strips of fresh carrots or red pepper.
