Recently discovered this smoothie and looove it so wanted to share :) and especially it works wonders for jet-lag!
1 banana + handful of spinach + 1/2 cup almond milk + 1/2 cup orange juice + 1/2 lime juice + 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled, obviously :)) -> blend it all together and enjoy it :)
