We call this smoothie “Power Potion” because it’s packed with energy providing protein, filling fiber, and amazing antioxidants. The peanut butter and bananas give this smoothie a delectable, creamy texture, while the frozen blueberries add an icy touch, making this the perfect beverage to cool down with after a sweaty workout. It also makes for a great and filling breakfast on busy mornings.

Feel free to take liberties with this recipe by substituting your favorite milk for the almond milk. Chocolate, coconut, and soy milks all make excellent variations. For an extra dose of protein, both chocolate and vanilla flavored protein powder work well in this recipe.
This recipe yields two smoothies.
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 bananas
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups vanilla almond milk
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth and fully incorporated.
Then get out there and climb that mountain!
