This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

It's not much, but it's my first time putting together a combo and also my first time participating in an exhibition; I'm really excited. The bad thing is that I got a callus, but it doesn't matter, I'm still going to go and participate. If anyone has any advice on a combo, considering I only have a 360, straddle, front lever, 180, and back lever, let me know so I can improve.

I've been thinking about how boring my story has been recently. In today's workout, I started with bench press. I went with 80 kg; I could only lift the bar with 80 kg. I started with 70 kg and decided to increase it to 80 kg.
