I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a belief within and as me that another is responsible for how I experience myself as anger and annoyance.
I forgive myself that I haven’t seen realised and understood how I am separated from myself and others as anger and reaction.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become stress within and as myself through allowing thoughts and back chat to accumulate and go unchecked.
I commit myself to remind myself that each and every time I experience stress or anger through my thought processes - I stop in the moment and breathe in long deep breaths until I am aware of myself and how I am reacting to another/myself or situation. I commit myself to practice this until I am calm and not putting myself under pressure as a form of stress anger. I then commit myself to forgive myself for the thoughts and back chat that is coming up within and as me.
