Good morning after a walk with my husky I am enjoying this smoothie. It is so good, worth all 250 of its calories. Why should we eat spinach? It is high in vitamin A, C, E, K and folate. So it good for hair, skin and bones, plus who doesn't want Popeye muscles :)
- 1 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk
- 1 banana
- handful of spinach (about a cup)
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend. Enjoy!
