I made Buchi few minutes ago for our late snack happening now at 11:30 pm here in the Philippines. When my daughter came home a month ago because of their work from home set up we always have this kind of snack because I follow her work schedule.
The ingredients I prepared early this afternoon and deep frying is quick when the Buchi balls are ready.
Buchi has sweet fillings and my choice is purple yam. I prepared this on my own although there are jarred ones from stores.
When the sesame seeds turn golden brown during deep fry then they are done which is usually around 2 to 3 minutes. Sorry this is not a recipe post so I skipped the ingredients and procedure. Just showing you how excited I am to munch now. See you later
