This is one of my longest friends we’re definitely like brothers but there’s nothing we like better than punching each other in the face . We had a rammed packed class and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them selfs . Many different styles including boxing, mma,karate , K1 , Thai boxing .
We done 20x2 mins rounds.

I was out last night drinking I don’t usually drink but this was a special occasion I got in late and woke up thinking of every excuse not to go in but afterwards was so glad I did
