The Hexbar is great to integrate in different
strength & conditioning trainings.
Some do more like a squat with it, while
others make more like a deadlift move.
Try it!
See how i flipped the hexbar 180° with
the grips on the other side !?
That's for going low in the mentioned
squat style.
Whatever you do, keep an upright position,
especially with the shoulders while you
going up & down.
