Hi Hivers,
For those who do not know yet what to cook this lovely dish I make a lot also because I like to use the WOK.

For two small eaters you need:
120 gramms of beef in small pieces
part of a (not spicy) red paprika/pepper
some courgette pieces (cut jullienne)
Paksoi cut in 2 cm pieces;
some firm oak-mushrooms (sliced) or even better shitake
some (freskh) tagliatella or papardelle (cooked simultaneously)
sunflower oil and Teriyaki sauce (2 tee spoonfulls and another at the last minute)
How to cook:
Heat teh Wok on high fire; leave it high when you enter the salted beef; stirr and in 30 seconds add the other ingredients (except the pasta) and while stirring add the teriyaki sauce; stirr for a minute ; now lower the fire; add another sppon of teriyaki
add the cooked pasta and stirr once more;
Serve hot and enjoy!
The wine is an example but a beer would also go wel with this dish!
