What is hiit training?
Hiit training aka High intensity interval training is a form or training that focuses on building muscle while burning fat in a timed format.
Set a timer to 30 seconds on and 20 seconds rest between sets and choose your exercises you wish to perform
ie. burpees, squats, press ups and for 30 seconds perform the exercise as fast and as hard as you can don't worry about counting reps.
Then rest for 20 seconds while you prepare yourselves to perform the next exercise
