1 Tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (hing) Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Corriander Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri (red) Chilli Powder
Salt as per Taste
