Ingredients for the kissel :

↝ 4 tablespoons of starch
Instructions:
Pour water into the pan and heat it up
Add frozen berries to hot water and bring to a boil
Add sugar
Dilute starch in 50 ml of water
Add the starch to the pan and bring to a boil
All delicious and healthy kissel is ready!
Ingredients for the charlotte :
↝ 5 egg
↝ 1 with sugar
↝ 1 cup flour
↝ 6 apples
Add eggs and sugar and mix everything
Add flour
We clear jablokki from a peel
Lay paper for baking
Cut and add to the dough apples
Put in oven for 40 - 60 min at 180 degrees
We take out of the oven
