Hola amigos de la comunidad #SWC .Hoy fui al parque a entrenar ya que me motive viendo el torneo desert battles de México y La Copa Zette en Caracas.
Un compañero me busco súper temprano a las 3:00 PM y había demasiado sol , al llegar a la vereda tenía ganas de hacer intentos de full plancha y la logré aguantar 2 segundos con buena postura.
Luego nos dirigimos a la barras nuevas y estuvimos un rato haciendo freestyle y estaticos y después de un rato nos fuimos cada quien a su casa.

Hi friends of the #SWC community, today I went to the park to train because I was motivated watching the desert battler tournament in Mexico and the Zette Cup in Caracas.
A partner looked for me super early at 3:00 PM and there was too much sun, when I got to the sidewalk I wanted to try full plancha and I managed to hold it for 2 seconds with good posture.
Then we went to the new bars and we spent some time doing freestyle and statics and after a while we went home.
