Good evening Tasteemers, today my co-worker and I, before returning home, we made a stop for a meal, at a very famous local restaurant known to be a huge fan of football club Palermo. And as an anticipation for their perfect delicacies, we ordered caponata with aubergines, capers, celery, green olives and swordfish, curly spaghetti and red prawns, spaghetti with seafood, the classic boiled of Palermo, with support salad, green bean, potatoes and tomato, mussel soup and almond parfait with dark chocolate, and amaretti šš.
In this restaurant the menu changes almost every day and you find it written in some blackboards in different points of the room, it changes according to the availability of the fish and the seasonality of the vegetables etc.
Everything was so perfect, tasty, added with the prompt service and attentive of the waiters to it's customers, despite the fact that the place was full, I recommend you book early, as we did, because it is always frequented by locals but also by tourists.
Closing day on Sunday, the day they prefer to spend it with families, even at the stadium just to watch their favorite team play.
Definitely, it's a cozy place where you can enjoy traditional cuisine, a perfect tagliatelle (noodles) and also spend a pleasant lunch or dinner, many also go there for a quick lunch, so the service is efficient, if you find yourself in Palermo, I recommend going there.
