Im back with another take on making food for my keto lifestyle.
This time I have made KETO FAT BOMBS!!
Lo and behold the glory of my fat bombs!
So this particular snack that I made is chuck full of FAT!
I reckon its around 40g-50g of fat in it.
So for people who do not really know what a fat bomb is....well basically its a type of snack that is HIGH in FAT so keto dieters can eat to reach their fat daily intake. Usually a piece of fatbomb should have around 30g-50g of fat inside it in order to earn its name.
I made mine using unsalted butter, cream cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia.
For my first attempt i can say that i kinda achieved the taste that i wanted. But it seems i kinda dropped in maybe a tablespoon too much of the cocoa powder... a little bit bitter for my taste.
This is the recipe that i used to make this
Ingredients
250 grams of unsalted butter
250 grams of cream cheese
5 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbs of stevia
- melt the butter and cream cheese in the mixer bowl in room temperature.
- beat and mix it till its smooth
- add in the cocoa powder and stevia and mix it till its smooth
- once mixing is done put them in a muffin pan and refrigerate them for 1-2 hours
- enjoy them fat bombs!
