one kilo chicken wing nibbles
one tbsp brown sugar
one tbsp tomato sauce
one tbsp Worcestershire sauce
two tsp sweet paprika
two tsp dried oregano
one tsp ground cumin
one tsp garlic powder
half tsp ground allspice
half tsp dried chilli flakes (if you want)
Ready heat up the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mixed together chicken, sugar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic, allspice and chilli flakes in a bowl.
Place the chicken mixture on the lined tray. Bake & flipping sometimes until the chicken is golden brown & cooked through (about 40-45 minutes).
Now, using a small bowl to make the ranch dressing. Put the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, dill, chives and paprika. Stir until well mixed. Season to taste.
Place the chicken wings on plate. Serve with the ranch dressing.
