Its the 10th of Ramadhan and today Im gonna have Nasi Kerabu, Kuih Lenggang, Roti Jala, Fruit Cake & Papaya. Quite a lot for me and for me its too much.
So i share my Nasi Kerabu and everything else until it get to a small portion. Fasting really helps me change. My quality of sleeps and I felt healthier. Strange but its true.
Some said that fasting is a great way to heal when you are sick. I guess its true. And Im glad to continue it even after Ramadhan. Do all the fasting which is a proper day for a muslim to fast. The more older we got, the more wiser we are and the lesson we learned are priceless. Remember THAT!
