Lunch of The Day

Today is marvelous, lunch with friends from the Oil and Gas, sharing thoughts in Sarawak issue and also Sabah Waters. It's quite amazing to know some facts now on O&G since Pakatan Harapan New Government took over. Back to LOTD, We had Sinsuran San Nyuk Mien, one of the famous Sabah Pork Noodle Soup. The broth is cooked overnight using charcoal, and pork bones and pork shoulder meat.
