In fish ramen noodles without broth, the vegetables change as do the wontons. The wontons are also made with fish inside with a thicker ravioli like texture. The meatballs are all fish including the sliced sausage like meat. Only the brownish meatball is made from shrimp.
In the ramen that has pork, they used Chinese kale but in fish ramen, bean sprouts are used as the main vegetables. I love them both but am a big fan of the bean sprouts with the fish ramen.
They compliment each other as the bean sprouts are healthy and light and the fish products are leaner than red meat. If you ever get the opportunity, try the fish version of ramen noodles. I promise you won't be disappointed.
