This fried rice is unique because they serve it in an actual pineapple and is available on most Thai islands. I suppose the pineapple adds a bit more food allure. I also notice they put some raisins in this bad boy which brought out the sweetness quite nicely.
I just got to Koh Chang and will share some of the awesome seafood they have here.
