One of the great dishes that people often eat with rice congee is morning glory stir-fry with chilies. It's legendary for nights after the club where people flock to the rice congee eateries open late night. It's not really that spicy as the chilies are used to give it a moderate spiciness unless you want it super spicy.
This dish along with a few others saved my life countless times on nights out drinking in my mid-20's in Bangkok. It can also be eaten with normal rice but I rarely ever if never, eaten with sticky rice. The flavor is always explosive and morning glory stir-fry will always be my go-to dish when I need saving from the bar.
