This healthy Thai salad is made with one of my favorite herb, lemongrass. Lemongrass has many antioxidants and is great for digestion. When you're making a salad like this, you should cut the lemongrass fairly thin because of its hard texture. It brings out the perfect fresh taste and aroma with each bite.
This dish can be eaten with rice or just plain without any salad dressing. Most Thai salads don't require any dressing because they're usually seasoned a specific way.
This dish is always spicy unless otherwise requested or noted. As a matter of fact, we can say that about 90% of Thai foods. Enjoy!
