Nothing to complain from our Hotel in Italy 🇮🇹 !
We came before check-in time but we were properly welcomed with refreshments / tee / croissants 🥐 and all paper work done in advance. We then went out for a walk and once our room was ready they texted us.
Very supportive staff and clean room. Breakfast 🍳 was simple but delicious.
Would recommend for everyone visiting Venice, especially because we were disappointed by other accommodations in the same city....
