Yesterday was my eldest son's Team Building held in Tagaytay Highlands sponsored by their Company. From there, he bought us something for "Pasalubong." That includes a bunch of these fresh avocados.
I sorted-out the ripe ones and sliced them off. Put a can of condensed milk then mix. Placed it inside the freezer for a few hours....
And who says Summer is Out? The finished product I humbly prepared and well-enjoyed by my family.
A very refreshing and cool treat, I may say.... That is my "Avocado Iced Cooler" perfect to eat may it be a Summer or a Cool weather.
Right at this very moment, I feel I am a Celebrity and my family are my fans.... My first #Ulog post.
