May 14,2018 Monday the day where barangay election was accurring and to pick a good officials to our barangay..
After voting I'll go to work and start my duty..
At the start in my work first I'll conduct a general cleaning to our working station.. Actually every Monday is our schedule forgeneral cleaning ..
They brushing the flooring with detergent and liquid bleach to it clean, and also defrozing freezer and chiller to clean it, and other equipment that we use in cooking.. And also we cleaned the dreeneges of our kitchen to prevent over flowing and prevent a bad smell...

After cleaning it's time to sanitize all equipment and others to prevent and kill the bad bacteria which is dangerous to our health...
After finish cleaning me and Korean chef was go to @NORWEGIAN SALMON the were we by a frozen salmon in this salmon station you find the different kind of salmon and part and different cut that what you want. This time we buy a whole salmon and the weight is 5 kilos and the price is about 2755 php...

After buying I'll prepare for making kimchi..
First I prepare the ingredients for the souce of the kimchi.
Souce;
Garlic
Onion
Rice
Inion
Ginger
Sprite
Blind it all..
After blending put it into a big mixing bowl. Thin put ;
Dashida
Msg
Sugar
Fish souce/patis
Chili powder
Slice carrots
Slice radish
Cut chives
And mixed it well after preparing souce wash the cut Chinese cabbage.
in this the Chinese cabbage that we use is permented with salt..
Thin after washing put it into big mixing bowl and prefer for mixing.. Add the souce and mixed it well until Chinese cabbage souted it with souce. Thin put it into container box and put it to the chiller.
