For his M&M entry, no it's not those horrible sweeties, it's Magical and Medicinal! check out these beautiful mushrooms! and there's some magic ones in there too. I think everyone could do with some SOUL FOOD by resetting the body and mind with some magic at least once in their life. This was an often daily practice for our Paleo ancestors, I think we can learn a lot from them and the mushroom! I had a hard time deciding on third place so I made it a joint position between these two awesome women, because a healthy breakfast and a powerful raw food lunch are both really important. Both of them are absolutely rocking it on Steemit with amazing healthy vegan recipes!
I particularly liked 's millet alternative to oats because it's a great gluten free alternative for a hearty breakfast.
And creates no boring salad, its a tasty, filling and antioxidant rich dish to keep you fit and healthy!
