This is a Vegan meal and no animals injured in process. First I start off soaking chopped tofu in liquid smoke and soy sause, half half, just to make it wet.
While what is soaking, I make sushi rice, there is usually directions on the packet, if not, boil rice till sticky add sugar and sushi vinegar to taste. Once the tofu has soaked for a couple hours fry till golden brown.
I then chop up avo cucumber and corrot very finely.
Once the rice and tofu have cooled down you can just wrap them up.
