If you were able to meal prep like I did in my last post this is very simple and easy. All it takes is a quick warm up. If not itโs okay. I normally make big batches of rice, beans, peas, broccoli, and corn. Once you have made all of those ingredients mix it up like a stir fry and warm it up on a pan. Add salt and pepper. I add coconut aminos to my stir fry which is a soy sauce alternative since Iโm sensitive to soy.
Chipotle sauce optional sir Kensington
Sauerkraut
Horse Radish
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic
Gluten free Tortilla wrap
Pumpkin seeds optional for extra protein
Put on low to medium heat
Put on another pan medium heat. Be careful and watch closely and flip when brown. Iโve over cooked these and it turned into tortilla chips lol.
Next add the sauces a spoon full of chipotle sauce. I also added a hand full spinach for more greens. Now roll up.
Only took ten minutes because food was pre prepped.
To make the Quesadilla just warm up two tortillas instead of one and stack.
Enjoy!
