We both are still recovering from a cold, so we needed our sleep and slept in this Sunday. But when I finally made it to get up I decided to make a very rich and beautiful health booster smoothie.
The smoothy was made of some fennel, rye sprouts, a lot of pinapple, a banana, sunflower seeds flour and oats milk. The beautiful color comes from raw fresh beetroot.
I served this with a cup of hot tea for a light and easy breakfast ... Crispbread, some vegan Creme cheese with grilled pepper, my beloved Blackforest Smoked Tofu, mustard, pineapple, some greens (lambs lettuce, portulak and glasswort) and japanese buckwheat tea.
Later on after taking a shower I prepared more food and because it was almost noon then, we called it Brunch.
