SeasonalCarob Chocolate Sauce & Fresh Fruit Of Your Choice

Carob poweder is made from dried, roasted carob tree pods. It is super healthy and often used as an alternative to cocoa powder. It is very rich in fiber and minerals like calcium and iron. This superfood has a caramel-like taste and is therefore perfect for chocolaty desserts. You can get carob powder from the health shop or online.
Ingredients:
- fresh fruit of your choice, like bananas, strawberries and kiwis
- 50 ml plant milk, like almond milk
- 2-3 tbsp carob powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp ground vanilla
- 3-5 tbsp sweeter of choice, like date syrup
- 1-2 pitted dates (soaked)

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
- For a thinner consistency, add some more plant milk.
- For a thicker consistency, add 1 or 2 more dates.
- Peel/wash your fruit of choice, cut into bite-sized chunks and drizzle with carob sauce.
