I just registered for a gym membership and today was leg workout, today was very tiring, every set I felt like giving up, got to push through, my instructor kept telling me "one more", like bro I have nothing left, all the energy is gone, I saw other bodybuilders in room and couldn't lose face so I kept on.
Gym finished time to go home, my friend then said words of wisdom I'll never forget: "hold the rails while walking downstairs" at first I was skeptical but I did as he said, it turns out that if he didn't tell me, i would have fallen down the stairs, never been so grateful in my life, the walk back home was brutally painful.
Now I'm back home I'm just out of commission, can't walk or sit comfortably, I hope working out will be a good decision cause I can already feel regret.
