Hello summoners! I want to start by saying that it's an honor and I'm also very happy to participate in this challenge promoted by @splinterlands. For this week's Social Media Challenge, I chose the [Cavewise Wayfinder]() card to talk about its attributes, how it reacts in battle, and also explain why, for me, it's undoubtedly one of the best units available in the entire Splinterlands universe.

## Cavewise Wayfinder's [Attributes and Abilities]()

In Splinterlands, especially if you usually play [Modern Mode](), you have cards available separated by [bloodlines](). There are countless races, and for those who like to collect, you can simply have your own deck of elves, orcs, dwarves, or even gnomes. Cavewise Wayfinder, as previously mentioned, is a gnome and a 6-mana [common card]. It's a Fire element card, one of my favorites, by the way. Let's now analyze all the stats of this card and how it can be understood by any player:

Its maximum level can reach 10. At level 1, it starts with 2 melee attack, 4 shield, 7 health, and 3 speed. Its abilities are added as its level increases. Initially, it has Reckless and Ambush at levels 1 to 4, Void at levels 5 to 9, and at the maximum level it acquires Enrage.

Can you see how powerful Cavewise Wayfinder can be as a tank? I usually do the combo whenever I can with [Vicious Giraffe](), as they are two cards that complement each other when they are at maximum level. While the giraffe attacks to destroy all the opponent's armor, Cavewise has a clear path to attack with full force.

## My Battle [Formation]()
Now we've arrived at the battle, let's analyze how I achieved a beautiful victory. As you can see, there are [3 modifiers](): **Arcane Dampening, Melee Mayhem**, and **Are You Not Entertained?**. The first modifier means all units have Void, meaning the card receives less than 50% magic damage. The second ability allows all melee units to attack from any position, and the last one allows you to choose a gladiator for the battle.

The mana limit is 56, and for me, it was easy to choose, because the higher the mana, the easier it is to choose the best cards with the highest mana. Now let's see how I assembled my team for this battle. To begin, I chose Lorkus as my Archon, as he grants +1 magic damage and +1 melee damage. I also chose the [Affliction]() ability (which causes 50% of the cards hit to no longer be healed) and [Life Leech]() (which increases health and maximum health by 50%). With Lorkus, I can choose units of the Fire and Death elements. For the first three units, we have my main tank, the [Cavewise Wayfinder](), which will withstand as many attacks as possible. In second place is the [Vicious Giraffe](), which will help me "break barriers" with its Shatter ability that completely destroys the opponent's armor. In third place is the [Thornmaw Berserker](), with its interesting "Final Rest" ability.

For my next three units, in the fourth position is [Baron Fyatt]() who will help me break the opponents' attack in half. In the fifth position, my support unit, [Inept Healer](), has the "Corrupted Healing" ability that heals all allies who need to recover their health. In the sixth position, to support me in the rear, is [Kelan Gaines](). His "Double Strike" ability makes the magic attack overwhelming.

## Analyzing the [Battle]()

Before the battle begins, all cards with the "Ambush ability" can attack. This can be a good strategy, as I had two cards to attack with: [Cavewise Wayfinder and Baron Fyatt](). This causes my opponent to take serious damage even before the battle starts. But I was also hit by [Rush Townsend](). But my tank held out.

In round 1, I was already able to eliminate an enemy unit with my tank. I lost 1 magic point because of the "Silence" ability, but it was only a matter of time before his card dropped.

In round 2, I was overwhelming, I managed to eliminate 3 enemy units and since the "Silence" ability dropped along with [Molten Elemental](), all my cards regained +1 magic and thus became even stronger.

In the third and final round, [Kelan Gaines]() continued unleashing his magic power to eliminate [Chaos Battle Mage](), and if you look closely, this enemy unit has the "Rebirth" ability, which allows it to be reborn after being defeated, but it didn't return because [Thornmaw Berserker]()'s "Final Rest" ability was triggered, and thus no card returns from the dead. And for the coup de grâce, my giraffe eliminated the last card.

This was a great victory, as I didn't lose any cards. Once again, my favorite gnome held off enemy attacks well, and with a solid defense, the rest of my formation could attack more easily. Para o Desafio da Mídia Social desta semana, escolhi a carta [Cavewise Wayfinder]() para contar sobre seus atributos, como reage a uma batalha e também explicar porque para mim é sem dúvidas uma das melhores unidades que temos à disposição em todo universo de Splinterlands. Não sei se você costuma ler a [*Lore*]() das cartas, mas saiba que existe uma história única para cada um. Eu me divirto muito conhecer a história por trás do meu gnomo favorito e saiba que seu nome na verdade é [Roddick Brassbuck](). Um confiante e ao mesmo tempo atrapalhado explorador de cavernas, um gnomo que não estar nem aí para quem usa senso de direção, para onde seu nariz aponta, é para lá que ele escolhe seu caminho. O seu espírito de liderança faz com que seus companheiros gnomos possam segui-lo, mesmo que para lugar nenhum. Quando a gente costuma conhecer mais a fundo a história por trás do jogo, ficamos ainda mais conectados e fascinados, não é mesmo?
## Atributos e Habilidades de [Cavewise Wayfinder]()
Em Splinterlands, principalmente se costuma jogar o [Modo Moderno](), você tem à disposição cartas separadas por [linhagens de sangue](). São inúmeras raças e para quem gosta de colecionar, você pode simplesmente ter seu próprio deck de elfos, orcs, anões ou mesmo de gnomos. Eu mesmo aos poucos estou aumentando minha coleção e demorei algumas semanas, mas consegui deixar meu gnomo GF no level máximo. O Cavewise Wayfinder como já foi dito antes, é um gnomo e é uma [carta comum]() de 6 de mana, é do elemento Fogo, um dos meus preferidos aliás. Vamos agora analisar todo os status de sua carta e como ela pode ser compreendida para qualquer jogador: O seu level máximo pode chegar até 10. No level 1, ele começa com 2 de ataque corpo a corpo, 4 de escudo, 7 de vida e 3 de velocidade. Suas habilidades são acrescentadas na medida que seu level aumenta. Inicialmente temos Reckless e Ambush nos level 1 ao 4, Void 5 ao 9 e no level máximo ele adquire o Enrage. Vocês conseguem perceber o quão poderoso Cavewise Wayfinder pode ser como tanque. Eu costumo fazer o combo sempre que eu posso com [Vicious Giraffe](), pois são duas cartas que se completam quando estão no level máximo. Enquanto a girafa ataca para destruir toda armadura do adversário, o Cavewise tem caminho livre para atacar com toda força.
## Minha Formação de [Batalha]()
Agora chegamos na batalha, vamos analisar como eu consegui uma bela vitória. Como pode ser possível observar, existem [3 modificadores]() sendo **Arcane Dampening, Meele Mayhem** e **Are you Not Entertained?**. O primeiro modificador, todas as unidades possuem Vazio, ou seja, a carta recebe menos de 50% de dano mágico. A segunda habilidade, todas as unidades corpo a corpo podem atacar em qualquer posição e a última, você pode escolher um gladiador para a batalha. O limite de mana é de 56 e para mim, foi fácil escolher, pois quanto maior mana, mais fácil podemos escolher as melhores cartas e de maiores mana. Agora vamos ver como montei meu time para estar batalha. Para começar, escolho Lorkus como meu Arconte, pois ele dá acesso a +1 dano mágico e +1 corpo a corpo. Também escolhi a habilidade [Affliction]() (faz com que 50% das cartas atingidas podem não ser mais curadas e [Life Leech]() (aumenta a saúde e saúde máxima em 50%). Com Lorkus, posso escolher unidades dos elementos Fogo e Morte. Para as três primeiras unidades, temos o meu tanque principal, o [Cavewise Wayfinder](), ele é o que irá aguentar o máximo que puder de todos os ataques possíveis. Na segunda posição o [Vicious Giraffe]() que irá me ajudar a "quebrar barreiras" com sua habilidade de Shatter que destrói completamente a armadura do adversário. Na terceira posição, o [Thornmaw Berserker](), com sua interessante habilidade "Final Rest". Para minhas próximas três unidades, na quarta posição tem o [Baron Fyatt]() que irá me ajudar a quebrar o ataque dos adversários pela metade. Na quinta posição, a minha unidade de suporte, a [Inept Healer]() que tem a habilidade de "Corrupted Healing" que cura todos os aliados que precisam recuperar suas vidas. Na sexta posição para me dar apoio na retaguarda, o [Kelan Gaines](). Sua habilidade "Double Strike" faz o ataque mágico ser avassalador.
## Analisando [a Batalha]()
Antes da batalha iniciar, todas as cartas que possuem a habilidade Ambush podem atacar. Isso pode ser uma boa estratégia, pois tive duas cartas para atacar sendo [Cavewise Wayfinder e Baron Fyatt](). Isso faz com que meu adversário tenha sérios danos mesmo antes da batalha começar. Mas também fui atingido pelo [Rush Townsend](). Mas meu tanque resistiu. Na rodada 1, já pude eliminar uma unidade inimiga com meu tanque. Tive uma perda de 1 de magia por causa da habilidade "Silence", mas era apenas questão de tempo para que a carta dele caísse. Na rodada 2, fui avassalador, pude eliminar 3 unidades inimigas e como a habilidade "Silence" caiu junto com [Molten Elemental](), todas minhas cartas voltaram a ter +1 de magia e assim ficaram ainda mais fortes. Na rodada 3 e última, [Kelan Gaines]() continuou lançando seu poder de magia para eliminar o [Chaos Battle Mage]() e se você observar bem, essa unidade inimiga tem a habilidade "Rebirth" que permite renascer após ser derrotado, mas ele não retornou porque a habilidade "Final Rest" do [Thornmaw Berserker]() foi acionada e assim nenhuma carta volta dos mortos. É para o golpe de misericórdia, a minha girafa eliminou a última carta. Essa foi uma bela vitória, pois não perdi nenhuma carta. Mais uma vez meu gnomo favorito segurou bem os ataques dos inimigos e com uma defesa sólida, o restante da minha formação pode atacar com mais facilidade. Eu gosto de sempre ter uma carta de suporte que possa curar minhas unidades que podem sofrer durante as rodadas e tendo o [Kelan Gaines](), eu posso atacar com toda força para tentar acabar com a batalha o mais rápido possível. Portanto, pude mostrar como [Cavewise Wayfinder]() pode ser muito útil para ser um tanque que você pode utilizar em sua formação de batalha.
