Of cottage cheese. 〰️ 150 g. Of sugar. 〰️ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. 〰️ 1 teaspoon butter. 〰️ 250g. Of strawberries. 〰️ 1 teaspoon of honey. **Preparation:** Put the egg yolks with the cottage cheese, sugar and cinnamon in the blender, beating until you get a homogeneous cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix them carefully with the cottage cheese cream, with encircling movements so that they don't run down. Grease a mold with butter and pour the mixture. Como siempre os he dicho la decoración es opcional y a vuestro gusto. En mi caso, acompaño el postre con frutas, con algo menos dulce que el propio postre, menos empalagoso y un poco más sano. De requesón. 〰️ 150 g. De azúcar. 〰️ 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo. 〰️ 1 cucharadita de mantequilla. 〰️ 250g. De fresas. 〰️ 1 cucharadita de miel. **Preparación:** Poner en la batidora las yemas con el requesón, el azúcar y la canela, batiendo hasta conseguir una crema homogénea. Batir las claras a punto de nieve y mezclarlas cuidadosamente con la crema de requesón, con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen. Engrasar un molde con mantequilla y verter la mezcla. Cocer en el horno precalentado a 170°C durante unos 30 minutos o hasta que esté cuajado. Dejar enfriar y desmoldar. Lavar las fresas y cortarlas en rodajas; disponerlas armoniosamente sobre la tarta y glasearlas con la miel. Servir.
