HI EVERYONE

Dessert time has arrived, and I'm always busy making sweets for my family, and now also to please my clients. To sweeten our day, I made some vanilla muffins, delicious and perfect with tea, coffee, or milk.

This is a recipe that makes a lot and can be adapted to personal tastes. For example, here I added chopped walnuts and chocolate pieces. You can change those ingredients and add raisins, almonds, cranberries, coconut—in short, you can play with your creativity and innovate and combine flavors. INGREDIENTS - One cup of butter at room temperature - One and a half cups of white sugar - Three eggs at room temperature. - One tablespoon of vanilla extract - One cup of water - Two tablespoons of powdered milk - Three cups of self-rising wheat flour - 200 grams of chocolate chips - 100 grams of chopped walnuts. PROCEDURE

✓ Cream the butter. First, soften it slightly with a mixer, then add the sugar and continue creaming the butter and sugar for at least three minutes.

✓ Add the vanilla, or your preferred extract, and mix until well combined.

✓ Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing and incorporating them as you go.

✓ Sift and add the flour, powdered milk, and baking soda. Add the water gradually, alternating between a portion of flour and a splash of water, until all the ingredients are incorporated. Mix with a hand whisk.

✓ Add 100 grams of chocolate chunks and mix until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

✓ Pour the batter into cupcake liners or a muffin tin, leaving some space at the top. Do not fill the tin to the brim, as the batter will rise considerably in the oven.

Before baking, we sprinkled the remaining chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top.

✓ Baking is quite quick; small muffins take 12 to 15 minutes, and large muffins take 15 to 20 minutes.

✓ This is an excellent mix; the muffins turned out soft and delicious. I got 13 small muffins and 6 large ones.

I really liked the result. I'll just make one small change: the topping was so delicious that I'm going to add chopped walnuts to the mix as well. We'll see how they turn out next time.

Muffins de Vainilla con Chocolate y Nueces

Llegó la hora del postre, y siempre estoy atenta a la elaboración de dulces para a mí familia, y ahora también para complacer a mis clientes, para endulzarnos el día hice unos muffins de vainilla, deliciosos y magníficos para tomar el té, café o leche.

Es un receta rendidora y sirve para adaptarla a los gustos personales, por ejemplo: aquí le añadí nueces picadas y trozos de chocolate, puedes cambiar esos ingredientes y colocar pasas, almendras, arándanos, coco, en fin, puedes jugar con tu creatividad e innovar y combinar sabores. INGREDIENTES - Una taza de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente - Una taza y media de azúcar blanca - Tres huevos a temperatura ambiente - Una cucharada de vainilla - Una taza de agua - Dos cucharadas de leche en polvo - Tres tazas de harina de trigo leudante - 200 gramos de cobertura de chocolate en trocitos pequeños - 100 gramos de nueces picadas PROCEDIMIENTO

✓ Cremar la mantequilla, primero la suavizas un poco con la ayuda de una batidora, luego le añadimos el azúcar, y así comenzamos a cremar la mantequilla con azúcar, batir por lo mínimo tres minutos.

✓ Añadir la vainilla, o la esencia de tu preferencia, mezcla e integrar.

✓ Colocar huevos, uno por uno, mezclamos e integramos batiendo.

✓ Tamizar y añadir la harina, leche en polvo y bicarbonato, también agregar el agua, alternando una porción de harina y un chorrito de agua, hasta terminar todos los ingredientes, a su vez vamos mezclando con un batidor de mano.

✓ Agregar 100 gramos de trozos de chocolate y mezclar para que se pueda esparcir por toda la mezcla.

✓ Vaciar la mezcla en los capacillos o bandeja para muffins, siempre dejamos un espacio, no debemos rellenar hasta el borde de la bandeja, porque la mezcla va a crecer bastante en el horno.

Antes de hornear le colocamos por encima los trocitos de chocolate que quedaron y las nueces picadas.

✓ El horneado es bastante rápido, los muffins pequeños duran de 12 a 15 minutos, los muffins grandes duran de 15 a 20 minutos.

✓ Ésta es una excelente mezcla, los muffins quedan suaves y sabrosos, obtuve 13 muffins pequeños y 6 grandes.

Me gustó mucho el resultado, solo le haré una pequeña corrección, y es que su cubierta quedó tan exquisita que voy a incorporarle nueces picadas a la mezcla también, veremos entonces que tal quedan la próxima horneada.
