RE: Why Depression is Not Reality
It happened to me too. Some of the guided meditations had a scene that actually started upsetting me. For example there was one on top of a cliff looking out over a beautiful scene but I have a fear of

RE: Overcoming Low Self-Esteem and Depression
Nothing is ever 100%. Yes, everyone's greatist fear is death but something changed me. It's difficult to explain. I seemed to just 'wake up' one day. It was some kind of spiritual awakening -- like remembering

RE: What Is Occupational Therapy Anyway?
Hi George. It affected me differently and evolved since I was a teen, although I suspect the causes were rooted way before that. Symptoms began with an eating disorder I had all through my teens, between

Here levothyroxine is the generic of synthroid. Sythroid is the original brand name. They claim there's no difference but I've always found the quality of 'synthroid' as well as my response to it to be

I don't think that I have leaky gut but I suspected it at one time. I think that what I may have is an ulcer. :( You should have that checked out by a doctor. They do come in handy for some things. I drive

Wow George -- you and I have so much in common, it's uncanny. I imagine that's one reason our paths have crossed. I have seen that a lot in life -- that people are drawn to each other due to things they

All I can say is that I've seen it at work in my life and others. It can take a life-time and yes, bad things seemingly happen to good people, but if one believes in reincarnation there is the realization

My main suggestion is to stay 'occupied' with activities that you enjoy but don't overdo any one thing. For myself when I am 'down in the dumps' which still happens to me and some days I just feel crappy;
