CARAMEL OREO CHEESECAKE IN A CUP

Ingredients

100 gr cream cheese

150 gr caramel ( dulche de leche)

150 ml double/ heavy cream

Icing sugar ( 1 tbsp) optional

vanilla extract 1 tsp ( optional)

Oreo Biscuits 100 gr

decoration - chocolate, caramel sauce, strawberries

Step 1. Crush your biscuits ( any that you like) in a food processor. Blitz until you have crumbs.

Step 2 : Whisk your heavy/double cream until soft peaks, add icing sugar and vanilla extract.

Step 3 : In a different bowl, add cream cheese and caramel and whisk until it becomes smooth. Then add your whipped cream and mix everything well.

Step 4 : To decorate your cups, dip them into caramel and then crushed oreo cookies.

Step 5 : Layer your dessert, starting with crushed Oreo cookies, then cheesecake, then caramel sauce and repeat until your cup is full.

Step 6: Enjoy this no bake caramel cheesecake straight away, or place in a fridge to set for 1 hour.
