The Gravitational Pull of 3D Reality

Trying to ascend the consciousness out of 3D reality is a really hard game. So many things cause us to get stuck down here, and its thick, heavy, and dense. We get to a point where we feel lighter, less emotional about things that happen, and braver. Then BAM! Something happens to pull us back into the systematic loop of the matrix we are navigating here on earth. It's inevitable. We live here and have to assimilate our lives, to live. Here. On earth. We are souls occupying meat suits, which need to be fed, clothed, rested, and interact with the other meat suits. For those who have awakened to their True Self and soul, this is not an easy task to navigate. Especially if the souls in the other meat suits are still asleep.

When you are awake, and others are still "asleep" your first instinct as an awakened soul is to find a way to connect with them. Sometimes, if you are newly awakened, your first instinct is to find something they will understand to make that connection. This usually resides in 3 dimensional tactics. You may find yourself resorting to things like; yelling, talking in circles, pacifying, giving in to demands, fit throwing, etc. Yes, you might get through to them, but have in turn lowered all the vibrations you have worked to raise. It doesn't benefit anyone.

Low Density Energies

We are surrounded by lower density energies here on earth every single day. They are being generated by many things that we may not even be aware of. As we awaken to higher consciousness, we become more aware of those things and shed them from our own energy field. Lower density energies come from things like:

Your Television - (Programming/Mind Control Box ) "Buy this and you will feel better!" and "Love is supposed to be like this!" or "Be afraid of the dark woods at night, some dark entity may come at you with a chainsaw." or "you need these tacos or ice cream right now." Ever wonder why that happens? It constantly plays with your emotions inciting; fear, sadness, consumerism, anger, cravings, etc.) It does this through subliminal messaging. Music - Same thing. Do you ever wonder why so many superstars become disillusioned with the music industry? Why so many have dropped dead due to "drug overdoses?" Why some disappear from stardom? I am friends with many who do make amazing music and refuse to "sign with a label." You are literally signing away your life, your talent, your looks to attract money, and your ability to write quality and healthy music. They take your looks, your "possible" voice, and your meat suit, put it up on the chopping block for all to see, and use you to control the masses. How do they do this? They write in minor chords to create "dissonance." They actually lower the energy of the music to create; sadness, longing, anger, fear, etc. Once in a while you hear a song written in major chords. Did I make you smile? Dance in joy? See how easy it is to play with human emotions with music. Good morning!

Food - What food? Ever walk into the grocery store and think to yourself, "where is the real food?" It is sparse, I can tell you that! To begin, the grocery store uses the music styles above to get you to stay in the store longer. Shop slower. Feel the store. You fall in love with the store. You stay longer than you planned with this unsuspected lover. Encouraging you to walk up and down every aisle, until your cart is full of fake food. Fast food commercials on TV make you crave everything you should not be eating. Burgers, tacos, chain restaurants. Speaking of chain restaurants, many unnamed versions of these actually reheat foods made in a central commissary, not the kitchen next to you. Refer to my article about:

Sleepy People - The list of things that can keep your consciousness low can go on and on. These are the top things that can pull you down quicker than the blink of an eye, without you even knowing it is happening. Sleepy people may be the people closest to you that you love dearly. Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Children, Grandkids. Lifelong Friends. Still you want to connect with them on some level. If you have lived your life as a "people pleaser" like myself, this trap will get you every single time! You just want people to be happy, to not feel discomfort, and feel good about themselves. You end up sacrificing yourself in the process. This does them or you absolutely NO GOOD! Ever try to wake someone up from a sound sleep with a feather, they don't notice. Or, they sigh and smile, but continue to sleep. All snuggled in their warm beds, cozy, away from the cold world. If you continue to pacify, they will stay asleep. Unaware. You may as well crawl in bed with them and snuggle up. You may be a very strong person, with the ability to self-soothe. Continue to use the energy gained from your own self-soothing on pacifying others, you both go down. Teach others to "self-soothe," and you get two strong souls to fight all this darkness. Catch my drift here? The biggest issue we have in our home, the kids. Ever grumble about dirty fingerprints on the windows or front of the fridge. Well, as they grow and learn to wash their hands, they also need to grow and wash their souls. Kids can be the number one 3 dimensional beings that pull you down. They are everywhere all the time, spewing about the bullies at school, drama, heads stuck to the programming boxes, music players in their ears, with a handful of junk food. These can and will be the sticky handprints on your soul. Teach them to clean these things early on and you won't have an issue. However, if mom and/or dad wake up when these little entities are already teenagers, it's going to be a rough ride! Hang on! One thing you have to tell yourself is, you had your ride in 3D as a teen and you learned many lessons from it. They need their time too. If your kids don't listen to your verbal instruction manual well, then you have to watch them "fall on their butts." More than a few times. They chose their journey. You can model proper behavior. You can preach advice. Chances are, they are going to fall on their butts. Don't pacify. Don't fix things. They need to figure it out. Their soul chose this before you even birthed them. Breathe.

I've Fallen, But I Know I Can Get Up

I've fallen into the 3D trap many times. I will fall again and again. I'm not perfect and none of us are. That is why we are here, right? The 3D earthplane is the classroom of life and ascension. We come here to learn perfect love. Some of us come back over and over until we get it right. During our last incarnation, we finish shining up that armour, and transcend 3D into 4D and 5D consciousness. Then the new job begins, to radiate that perfect love to others, the planet, the universe.

If you have a big huge heart on your sleeve like myself, you will inevitably take a bit longer to shed the programming that you need to pacify others. You may have others think you are cold and heartless. This couldn't be further from the truth. You are teaching True Self-Love, which radiates an even bigger love to others. Pacifying implies that others are weak and they can't do it themselves. It puts you above them with your abilities to fix them. This couldn't be further from the actual Truth. It's just emotional chest puffing, really. It is perfectly fine to have compassion and empathy for others. These are your gifts. However, sometimes True Love is Tough Love. Teach them to Love, by example. Doing this will encourage a healthier Love, a stronger Love, Love that radiates outside of ourselves with the ability to heal anything in its path. Source Love.
