So I thought I'd share an interesting recipe for curry fritters that I came up with today. This dish has a straightforward preparation yet delivers a satisfying level of flavor. Yogurt is its main ingredient. Ingredients

Ingredients	Qty.
Gram Flour	1.5 cup
Yogurt	1/2 kg
Oil	1cup
onion	2-3
Tomato +ginger garlic paste	1+2 tsp
Mix spices	2 Tea spoons
Dried fenugreek leaves	1 Tea spoons
red chili powder+ salt+ turmeric	3+2+1 Tea spoons
boiled chicken pieces	1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

now add one cup of gram flour to the yogurt mixture, and beat it well until it becomes a smooth mixture.
