Today I am going to share a video recipe for delicious Shami kabab. this recipe is simple and all ingredients are easily available at home. Recently I made a YouTube channel for recipes. explaining the process of cooking is more reliable in the video.
Sami kabab is very popular in Asia, especially in Pakistan Bangladesh, and India. people serve it with rice and ketchup. this kabab is also used in burgers.
The addition of sauce makes this recipe more delicious. I recommend trying it with rice. as this is a chicken recipe you can also make beef or mutton just follow the same steps (Beef or mutton require more time to bake properly). Here is the 4 minutes video where I described the complete recipe.

| cumin seed | 1 tb Spoon |
| cinnamon stick | 5-6 Pcs |
| Eggs | 2 |
| coriander leaves | Few leaves |
| red Chili Flakes | 3Tb. Spoon |
| salt | 2Tb. Spoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1tb. spoon |
Preparations
First of all, add 1.5-liter water to a vessel, then add chicken, Split chick Peas, 2 chopped onions, 1 tablespoon spoon of ginger garlic paste, Medium size Potato, 1 tablespoon cumin seed, some cinnamon sticks, 3 tablespoons Split chick Peas, and 2 tablespoon salt.
after that cover the vessel and cook it on a medium flame for 35 minutes.
If you are using beef or mutton then cook it for 50 to 60 minutes.
After that, chop all the ingredients properly and add mentioned quantity of chopped onion, Garlic, green spice, and coriander leaves.
then properly mix them and add two eggs.
Here I also added some brown onion for a unique flavor. After properly mixing we are ready to make kabab.
Now it's time to fry. take half a cup of oil in a pan and fry them
