原則，他人判斷與自身處事的依據
原則是一個簡單易懂的概念，每個人的原則可能也都不一樣，有的人堅決不遲到，有的人過了十二點不吃消夜，除了生活上的小習慣，也可以帶到對人的態度上，比如說不跟習慣遲到的人深交，也有的人是得罪過他的人必定有仇必報。 日常生活常聽到一句話是，做人要有原則，然後就能得到某種好處，像是信任、尊重、成熟等等的說法都有聽過，但有時候想了想，要是這個原則是一些負面的，還能夠得到這些好處嗎?

理想未來的建造，建材準備很重要
人生的未來就像是蓋房一樣，我們每天只能裝下固定一籃的材料，去構築這間房，我們做的事情就決定了，今天籃子裡裝的是甚麼，蓋房子的方式就是對未來的規劃。 上述的比喻，是我聽到另一個說法轉換，演講者的內容是指每天做的事情只能用一個杯子裝下，裝的內容倒是沒有敘述太多，重點在於如果做太多不重要不緊急的事情，像是追劇、玩遊戲，杯子內就像裝滿了細沙，就沒有空間放下重要的事，像是讀書、提升自我等對自己未來有幫助的事。
