前两天，部门例会，同事们起哄说为什么不组织吃饭和唱歌的活动。想来，我们自部门组建到现在已历经五个月，还未组织过集体活动，说句实话，我竟然忘了这一茬。 自参加工作，我倒还是习惯参加和组织部门等等集体活动，和同事们通过吃饭、喝酒以及唱唱歌的形式，增进彼此的了解。可能通过一杯酒就能敲开心门，由陌生人成为朋友；一首歌能够让原本呆板甚至冲突的办公室关系变成了知音，这些都是实实在在的事。

小朋友今年也入园，背上了小书包。念着孩子入学的身影，心中满是感慨，但说不清，也道不明。如此幼小的年纪，每天要早起，过几个小时的集体生活，对于为父者，自有些难以适应的不忍。不用和我说孩子应该独立，应该学会这样，应该学会那样。到个人心里，就是“舍不得”三个字。 老师建立了通讯群，每天会把一些通知放在群里，让我没想到的是，幼儿园小班已经开始有家庭作业了。
