¡Saludos Amigos de Hive y de SWC! Anteriormente en mi blog, fueron testigos de un proceso de liberación que para muchos es algo fuera de lo normal, pues no todos están acostumbrados a ver cómo las demás personas se desahogan, por lo general es a solas, en silencio, reprimiendo emociones. Sin embargo, para sanar totalmente no hay nada mejor que expresarlo y desatar ese nudo en la garganta. Mi nombre es Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina y hoy les comparto desde mi casa, la parte final de este proceso.

However, to heal completely there is nothing better than to express it and untie that lump in the throat. Cuando las cosas no salen bien, o cuando sencillamente no obtenemos los resultados que queremos, solemos empeorar la situación a través de un bombardeo de pensamientos negativos "todo me sale mal, no sirvo para esto, solo a mí me pasa, nunca lo voy a lograr..." Son fuertes declaraciones que salen de nuestra mente, e incluso palabras de nuestra boca, que terminan volviendo hasta lo mas diminuto todo un caos.

When things do not go well, or when we simply do not get the results we want, we tend to make the situation worse through a bombardment of negative thoughts "everything goes wrong, I am not good for this, it only happens to me, I will never make it...". These are strong statements that come out of our mind, and even words from our mouth, that end up turning even the tiniest thing into chaos.

Tranquilízate Bro, el mundo no se va a detener porque tú te sientas mal, ni va a mejorar añadiendo mas leña al fuego con pensamientos fatalistas. Lo que puedo aconsejarte que hagas es calmar tu mente, sé que es difícil controlar las emociones, pero nadie tiene control sobre ti más que tú. No puedes ver con claridad lo que hay en el fondo si el agua no está quieta, conéctate a ti. Luego explora tu interior, observa todo lo que hay dentro de ti como si se tratase de un espectador apreciando una escena de batalla en cámara lenta, en donde puedes cambiarlo todo. Una vez llegues a este estado de inmersión, comprende el origen de tu dolor, de tu ira, de tu tristeza, de tus conflictos, de tus batallas, y deja ir todo a través de aquello que tú sepas que te hará sentir mejor, ya sea entrenando, pasando un rato en familia, una reunión con amigos, leyendo, viendo una película, ir de compras... Cualquier actividad que te mantenga centrado en lo que haces, mientras liberas tus cargas.

Calm down Bro, the world is not going to stop because you feel bad, nor is it going to get better by adding fuel to the fire with fatalistic thoughts. What I can advise you to do is to calm your mind, I know it's hard to control emotions, but no one has control over you but you. You cannot see clearly what is at the bottom if the water is not still, connect to you. Then explore your inner self, observe everything inside you as if you were a spectator watching a battle scene in slow motion, where you can change everything. Once you reach this state of immersion, understand the origin of your pain, your anger, your sadness, your conflicts, your battles, and let it all go through what you know will make you feel better, whether it is training, spending time with your family, a meeting with friends, reading, watching a movie, shopping.... Any activity that keeps you focused on what you do, while releasing your burdens.

Al final del día, te aseguro que te sentirás mucho mejor, te harás mas fuerte y toda piedra en el camino te dejará una enseñanza y un recuerdo de lo lejos que has llegado para no retroceder. Mantente firme y disciplinado, la motivación se pierde fácil, pero el propósito no, enfócate en ello y sigue adelante.

At the end of the day, I assure you that you will feel much better, you will become stronger and every stone on the road will leave you with a lesson and a reminder of how far you have come so that you will not turn back. Stay firm and disciplined, motivation is easily lost, but purpose is not, focus on it and keep going.
