Btw there is a very long hanging fruit around, Interlink hive projects to each other in a non spam way. Maybe also static Blog + introduction post of each. Is a bit sad tbh this shit not happen by default.

"Duplicate content" is not a super big deal if the interlinking is right ( is not). you can still rank websites with the same content on it. The problem is the link structure on all front ends.
