Peloton Bike - Power Zone Workout - Training Notes - 7/25/19
I felt very strong during this workout, starting just before the tallest peak, where I hit Zone 7. I was spinning very fast, over 105 rpm, and the mid-40s resistance felt so easy that I actually wondered

How I started riding fixed-gear bicycles: a self-indulgent tale of my moldy, oldy, fixie roots
I grew up building junker Frankenstein bikes with my older brother using parts from cast-off bicycles. This was after the 70s road cycling craze but during the 80s BMX craze. Yard sales were our primary

Birth of a Training Blog
Hello. I'm Rob Gallup. This page is about my training. It's mostly metrics from my coached classes on the Peloton stationary bike, but it's also a chronicle of my road, trail, and velodrome cycling, with
