Hello everyone! This is and I'll present today's edition of Travel Digest. In our featured posts, we have a coast in Concepcion, Chile, a volcano in Capelo, Azores, Portugal, and a commune in Colmar, France. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
The Chilean coast stretching roughly from ValparaÃso to Valdivia is a particularly interesting region to explore. First of all, because it is beautiful, dotted with small fishing villages, wild beaches, and winding country roads that snake between the ocean and the hills. Secondly, because it remains relatively untouched by international tourism, which, often short on time, tends to focus on Chile’s major iconic sites such as the Atacama Desert, the Carretera Austral, or Patagonia. Here, the rhythm is different. The landscapes are less extreme, but they reveal a softer, more discreet beauty that truly unfolds over time.

Seismic activity was present for much of the duration of the event and ash rained down on the island destroying crops and covering homes. Lava bombs also fell and hardened and samples of them can be seen in the on site museum dedicated to the event.

Today im gonna share with you a magical place that looks out of a fairy tale and its based in France. It’s this little town called Colmar which is basically a medieval Venice but with French software.
We are gonna start off with the typical boat tourist activity where you jump on a boat with a companion wandering around and showing you the architecture of the town and telling you about its history.
