That's one of my favorite omelettes recipe. Often, when I have no time or no idea, I resort to this easy and tasty recipe that is suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The recipe is easy and allows experimentation in the choice of products. Enjoy! š½
Ingredients for one omelette:
š¶ 1 large size potato
š¶ 2 eggs
š¶ white cheese for sprinkling
š¶ oil
š¶ himalayan salt to taste
š¶ savory to taste
š¶ red pepper to taste
š¶ black pepper to taste
š¶ parsley to taste
Instructions:
Cut the potato in small cubes.
Finely chop the parsley.
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the black pepper, the salt and the chopped parsley. Mix them well until blended.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over high heat until hot. Add pinch of salt to prevent it from spraying.
Add the potatoes and stir them periodically until they are cooked. Spread them evenly in the pan and and reduce the temperature.
Add the mixed eggs with spices. Start from the middle and with circular movements continue to the edge.
Put on a lid and wait for the mixture to start to solidify. Then add the cheese and pour the omelette with savory and red pepper.
When the omelette is ready, lift and tilt the pan and move it carefully with the help of a spatula to a large plate.
