Homemade Japanese style hot pot with lamb, daikon, bok choy, sprouts, miso, konyaku, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, coconut aminos

We went shopping at H Mart and my incredible partner made this delicious pot. She is half Japanese so she's familiar with the dish, but admits it's not fully traditional. I'm still enjoying it though!
